clean pools friendly staff great lounge small room lack apology unavailable channels
i likes the clean pools. the staff is friendly and helpful to me. it is a great hotel for families, especially those with kids. they even have a kindergarten for children. the hotel have nice facilities for early checkins plus a great lounge.
i don't like the tv because it dont have international channels. the suite room are small. the bed size is not good to me. the ac in the suite stop working and it took over 3 hours to fix. no one apologized to me.

outdated room uncaring staff
this hotel was not great. i saw ceilings falling apart and constant maintenance noise. the staff didn't seemed to care about my complaints. i also got a bad case of bali belly even though i didn't eat outside the hotel.

The hotel boasts a beautiful and well kept hotel, this ensured a pleasant experience. The facilities are excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes.
The premier rooms feel a bit small. I think advising guests about the limited space for three people would be beneficial. I found the wardrobe's placement inside the bathroom slightly inconvenient.

The multiple pools offer refreshing swims, complete with comfortable loungers and towel service. The gym includes three treadmills plus two stationary bikes for workouts. Landscaped gardens create tranquil spaces for relaxation and leisurely walks.

My premiere room offered practical amenities plus a well-organized layout. The beds felt comfortable and supported restful sleep each night. I also had a functional workspace with convenient power outlets for devices.

free bike very nice job international channels mini bar
The resort provide free bike hire. Beautiful musics played in the lobby that travelled to my room. Housekeeping did an very nice job everyday. The bed was huge and comfortable, I sleeped very well.
The free mini bar was not free as stated in the reservation, I must paid it. TV dont have international channels. We was not informed about that at the reception.

night noise old rooms
i hated our room. it was next to some meeting rooms and i couldn't sleep at night cause of the noise. the rooms are old too, they need to fix them. seriously, i was expecting better.
